I finally got to try this ramen shop after wanting to stop by during my trips to Vegas with friends—and it was absolutely worth the wait! The experience was fun and exciting, especially getting to watch the ramen being made right in front of you. The atmosphere was lively, and the food was delicious. I’d definitely come back again, especially with friends. Highly recommend!

Ordered their mazesoba in delivery, it was good and seemed authentic, enjoyed it. Tori Paitan (chicken version of tonkatsu) - Ramen soup great chicken flavor, thick and chickeny. Also ordered tantan mein. Slightly spicy and again excellent chicken broth, very thick, probably cooked for very long hours. Only downside is there's not a lot of it

Ramen Hashi serves an excellent bowl of ramen, standing out for its high-quality ingredients and well-balanced flavors. The menu is limited, which might disappoint those looking for variety, but what they offer, they do exceptionally well. The location is convenient—centrally located and not in a high-traffic area—but parking can be an issue. When I arrived at 6:00 PM on a Wednesday, the lot was already full. Inside, the setup features a long bar with plenty of seating, but only a handful of tables, including just one that accommodates a party of four. The atmosphere was just so-so. It’s functional and clean, but it lacks the warmth or charm that might make it a more inviting spot for social gatherings. Combined with the limited seating options, it’s not an ideal venue for meeting friends, as I did during my visit. Pricing is reasonable, starting around $12 for a bowl of ramen, which is standard for today’s dining scene. The service was fine—efficient but nothing particularly memorable. In summary, Ramen Hashi is a great choice for a quick solo lunch or a low-key dining experience, thanks to its fantastic ramen. However, the atmosphere and seating limitations make it less appealing for group outings. I’ll definitely return for the food but with more realistic expectations about the overall experience. Original Review: December 2024 FOUR STARS (Excellent) Superior. Memorable, high-quality food; unique environment; notable service. First time here and it did not disappoint! Pros: clean, casual, dining area with bar seating the entire length of the restaurant where you can look into the kitchen as well as tables set up for 2-3 people against the wall. Love the very simple and straightforward menu. They don’t offer much, but what they do is GOOD! They make their noodles fresh daily! I also appreciate that all ramen bowls here are chicken-based broth. They even have a chicken version of the tonkatsu, which is traditionally pork. We had the Tori Paitan (chicken versiok of tonkatsu), and it was DELICIOUS. It needed nothing else as it was yummy as is. I added some chili paste and chili sesame oil to mine as I like all things with a little kick. I also added an onsen tamago aka poached egg as I opted out of the pork that comes with the ramen. Service: fast and efficient Parking: free and ample in a strip mall lot Cons: Instead of the default pork chasu for the ramen, I wish there was a chicken chasu or ground chicken or tofu option. For those of us who do not eat pork, having another protein (besides an extra egg as a topping) would be appreciated. They offer cold drinks, but having hot green tea would be lovely. All in all, a great ramen dining experience overall.

This ramen spot stood out to me because it mainly offered chicken broth-based ramen, which is a bit unusual. While they did include pork and takasu slices in the bowls, the base itself was clearly chicken. I ordered the spicy chicken ramen, and the broth was surprisingly thick and creamy—almost a little too rich for my taste. You’d think that’s a plus, but maybe I’m just not used to chicken broth being this heavy in ramen. The flavor was still good overall, just different from the traditional pork-based broths I'm used to. Despite the name, it wasn’t actually very spicy. They did offer spices on the side, which helped, but I wish there had been an option for extra spicy on the menu. I usually enjoy a strong kick in my ramen and didn’t quite get that here. If you're looking for a chicken-based ramen, this is a solid option. Just note that the topping selection is a bit limited. On the positive side, the interior was very clean, and you can see straight into the kitchen behind the counter, which also looked spotless. Staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience.

Ramen was served quickly and delicious. Love that you can add toppings to whatever bowl you want. Waiter was very quick to take orders. Atmosphere was rustic like old school in a good way and had good music playing.

Broth: worst part of the ramen. It’s one of those thick consistency not from extended simmering, but appears to be from starch based enhancement, maybe cornstarch or flour. Doesn’t have the authentic ramen broth consistency. Taste is fine, but wrong consistency is always a turn off. Noodle: perfectly cooked, thin noodles. Protein: smaller portion size chashu pork, but great texture and rendered fat, very flavorful with hint of smokiness and char. They torch it before serving. Better than average but broth was a turnoff.

Ramen Hashi was a regular go to spot when we lived in Vegas. It’s also conveniently located a few stores down from Gabi Coffee & Bakery. How convenient indeed. We’ve had our fair share of ramen spots we frequented in Vegas but I have to say that Ramen Hashi was one of our top 3 ramen spots. They do it to perfection. The broth, the noodles, the toppings. They keep it simple and they do it well. No bells and whistles. Just ramen and a few quality toppings and call it a day. I had the Tan Tan Men ramen most recently. It’s got a spicy kick with a little creaminess to the broth. Simple toppings of chashu pork, egg, corn, scallions and ramen. Done and done. Perfection! The space itself is also very simplistic. Sometimes we would sit at the ramen counter to watch them make our food. Or we sit at the tables. I love that they will torch the chashu pork with a lovely char and grill. So good. Love the space and food. Service is good and they take care of you. I love Ramen Hashi and it’s another spot we continue to pitch to anyone visiting Vegas and looking for good ramen. Conveniently located in Chinatown and about 10-15 minutes from The Strip.
